Dr.Franklin Thambi Jose. S, is currently working as Senior Lecturer in Faculty of Languages and Communication, Sultan Idris Education University, Malaysia. He did his MA & MPhil from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai and PhD from CAS in Linguistics, Annamalai University. His area of specialisation is Computational Linguistics, General Linguistics, TESL and Teaching Tamil Language & Linguistics.
He worked in Southern Regional Language Centre, Mysore, Department of Linguistics, Madurai Kamaraj University and Central University of Kerala, Kasargod, Kerala. He has experience of teaching in abroad, State of Eritrea, North East Africa.
He served as Head Department of English Language Teaching in College of Education, Asmara. He served as Member of Senate and Academic Commission, EIT, Eritrea. He has published many articles in International journals and in books. He has presented research articles in UAE, Yemen, Srilanka and Thailand. He regularly participates in national and International conferences and training programmes.
